If you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising. We will work with you to resolve the matter amicably. You can initiate a dispute by emailing info@organicsales.co.uk with a detailed description of the issue and supporting documentation.
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel a consultation, please provide as much advance notice as possible. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
